Vamos Rafa!

Just finished 5 hours and 14 minutes of one of the best tennis matches ever. Good thing Rafa won :-) But had Verdasco won, it would have been well-deserved. 5 sets of wonderful, glorious tennis. Of course it helps that these two Spaniards are easy on the eyes ;-)

I do agree with one of the fans who put up a sign requesting for Rafa's sleeveless tops :-)

Can't wait for Sunday's Roger vs Rafa finals.

It's been a long time....

I know, I know. I am a bad blogger. It's been a while since I last updated our little space here on the net. I've been really busy with work and I spend most of my free time with our little guy.

I promise to accomplish the tags you guys sent me. Thanks also for the award Joanne :-) And Jan, I do miss our coffeebreaks but I just do not have the time to participate :-)

Anyway, I just dropped by to say yes, I am still alive! Haha :-) And I'd leave you with my baby boy's latest pic.

Yup, he looks like a little sumo wrestler these days. His long hair gets in his eyes na kasi :-)

Bye 2008

2008 just passed us by. Before I fully embrace 2009 in all it's glory and (hopefully) blessings, I would like to say "thanks" for everything good that happened to me and my family the past year.
  1. I had an easy labor and delivery with my darling firstborn, Lucas Ethan. For me and JJ, Christmas came last August 15 :-)
  2. Our parents were all healthy. Of course, I would love for my mom to be miraculously rid of her cerebellar atrophy, but we are so glad that her condition is not worsening. We're also thankful because Tito Julius' bypass surgery was successful.
  3. We still have our jobs. With the global crisis and all, I cannot help but be thankful that our companies were not that affected.
  4. Little ones coming this year. My nephew, Thomas, in March and Ate Lorraine's baby in May. Looking forward to spending Christmas '09 with these two coming angels.

That's the top of my list.

Happy New Year from my family to yours :-) May we all have a wonderful 2009.
